first time at pep boys. brought my bmw here to get tires. great incentive on buying 3 and getting one free!!. big shout out to thomas and the other gentlemen who worked on my bmw. one of the friendliest and best experiences i’ve ever had serving my vehicle. you’ve earned a customer for life for tires!!

I had a really great experience at Pep Boys, and I especially want to appreciate Randolph, the manager, for his outstanding customer service. He is extremely friendly, honest, and genuinely takes the time to help you understand exactly what is going on with your car. What I appreciated most is how patient he was in explaining every issue in detail without rushing, making sure I understood all the options before making any decision. It is rare to find someone who is this transparent and truly looks out for the customer’s best interest. I would definitely recommend coming here, especially if Randolph is assisting you. He made the entire experience stress-free and gave me confidence that my car was in good hands. Truly one of the best service experiences I have had. Highly recommended!

Randolph, the new manager, is outstanding! I came in expecting to have my coolant serviced, but after inspecting it, he explained that it still had some life left and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Instead, he took the time to educate me and answer my questions. It's refreshing to meet someone with his level of honesty, knowledge, and customer service. Pep Boys is fortunate to have him on their team. Experiences like this are why I'll keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Huge shoutout to the team at Pep Boys — especially Randolph and technician Majid! They were both incredibly professional, helpful, and honest throughout the entire process. Randolph made everything easy and stress-free, and Majid did an amazing job taking care of my car. Their customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. I have visited pep boys your store three times for service, but I am not satisfied with my most recent visit last week. I came in for a front brake inspection. Before the visit, all my tire pressure sensors were working properly, and I could clearly see the tire pressure readings. During the inspection, they told that one sensor was broken and needed replacement. I agreed to the repair. After some time, they informed that another sensor was also broken. I am not sure how this happened, but I am certain that all sensors were working before my visit. When I asked for clarification, I did not receive a clear explanation. They charged around $97. However, after the service: The sensor that was replaced is not working properly I am now unable to see the tire pressure readings as I could before the visit This issue did not exist before I brought my car in, so I am concerned that something may have gone wrong during the service.
